On November 15, 2022, technology and innovation from the oil and natural gas industry was on display at the Energy Elevated Technology Showcase, presented by the Texas Oil & Gas Association in partnership with the Texas Methane & Flaring Coalition (the Coalition) in The Woodlands, Texas. Six companies featured innovations related to drilling electrification, advances in remediation technology and emission detection and reduction technologies.
This year’s presenters were AirDrive Oil and Gas, BioSqueeze Inc., GHGSat, Power Infrastructure Partners, Stranded Solutions, and WilliamsRDM. Dale Winger, Managing Director of Halliburton Labs, served as the Energy Elevated Expert Panelist, posing questions related to how the technologies represented might serve the oil and natural gas industry in achieving continued environmental progress. He selected the Expert Panel award—which went to Power Infrastructure Partners who provides power infrastructure to operators in the field. The Audience Favorite award went to GHGSat for their innovative satellite technology.
Attendees also heard from keynote speaker Jason Schenker, chairman of The Futurist Institute and president of Prestige Economics. The showcase can be viewed here.
